Terms of Service

1. The service

Aekpani SEO provides website scanning, SEO issue analysis, monitoring, reports, rank and competitor workflows, content-planning tools, integrations, and related account features. Features may depend on your plan, configuration, connected provider, or third-party availability.

2. Accounts and authority

• Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the service only for websites, data, and connected accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• Workspace owners control invitations and roles and are responsible for member access.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access while investigating security or abuse.

3. Public scans and reports

A public scan analyzes information that a submitted website makes available to our scanner. Results are automated observations, may be cached, and can be affected by website changes, blocking, location, timing, or third-party systems. A report is guidance—not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, revenue, compliance, accessibility, or security.

4. Plans and changes

Plans may limit projects, pages, keywords, members, schedules, connections, credits, or modules. Current limits shown during purchase or in the workspace form part of the plan. We may improve, replace, add, or discontinue features. If a change materially reduces a paid core feature, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice or an appropriate transition.

5. Customer content and permission

You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You grant Aekpani Networks a limited permission to host, copy, analyze, transform, and display that content only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have all required rights and permissions.

6. Aekpani property

The service, software, interface, scoring logic, documentation, branding, and original materials are owned by Aekpani Networks or its licensors. Except for the access expressly provided by your plan, no intellectual-property rights are transferred.

7. Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, target-site restrictions, and circumstances outside our control may affect availability. Unless a separate written service-level agreement applies, support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and may cancel an eligible subscription through available account controls or support. We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach, or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct a remediable breach.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Automated findings may contain omissions or errors and must be reviewed by a qualified person before important technical, legal, financial, or business decisions. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent legally permitted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aekpani Networks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss; lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or rankings; or actions taken based on automated findings. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the fees paid for that service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnity

You will be responsible for claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, unauthorized scanning, customer content, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written notice and discussion. Subject to any mandatory consumer right or jurisdiction, courts with jurisdiction in Karachi, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. General terms

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganization, financing, or sale of the service. Electronic notices and records may be used where legally permitted.
